Welcome, I'm the artist behind Eszter Luca Art  based in the beautiful Garden City in Christchurch, New Zealand. You can usually find me painting or drawing away most days, pouring my heart into my canvas to create these artworks for you to treasure for years to come. 

You may notice that I have two very different styles within my artworks.

Within my paintings I'm inspired by mood, atmosphere, colour present in the world around us. Such as capturing a moment in time, representing a feeling or the beauty we see in a simple moment, such as the golden light glistening through rustling tree leaves.

My pointillism (dot) drawings are all free hand drawn. Within these monochromatic artworks I sometimes incorporate intricate patterns giving them a meticulous, contemporary and modern edge. These artworks take a long time to create, and an immense amount of focus on detail.
